Come and join us on Sunday 29th June 10am-3pm on the playing fields and in the village hall for a lots of summer fun!
Here’s what you need to know…
Refreshments
– The Social Club will be open for bar drinks, tea, coffee and cake.
– BBQ for hotdogs and burgers.
– Sandwich and cold drink stand.
– Ice-cream truck
– Candy Floss
– You are welcome to bring your own picnic blanket and food too!
Parking
Please be advised that the Social Club and Village Hall carparks will be available to event vendors and blue badge holders ONLY.
We kindly ask all attendees to avoid parking on Old School Lane for the safety of everyone at the event.
Please park responsibly in appropriate places elsewhere in the village or better still please come on foot where at all possible! We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Get Involved!
Enter the competitions for Best Chocolate Cake and Best Flower Arrangement in a recycled container and see if you can impress the judges with your creations!
– All entries to be submitted no later than 11am to the stand next to the Tennis Courts (or just ask someone where if you are not sure)
– Entry fee is £1 per item
Feeling sporty? Enter our Family Fun Races on the field. And try all manner of activities and games throughout the day.
You can also try your hand at lawn bowls with the Bowls Club. Flat shoes only, please.
Get you face painted so you can look snazzy all day too – FREE – Donations welcome.
Watch our Dog Display on the field, then stay alert and keep your fingers crossed for the BBMF Flypast!
Bring along your spending money and go shopping in the Hall where there will be craft stalls & charity stalls etc.
We cannot wait to see you there!
